IAPS Swimming Championships

Last Saturday saw King’s competing in the National Finals of the IAPS Swimming Championships. 400 schools entered the competition, with time-trials taking place across the country.

Year 4 pupil Eva gave an outstanding performance and made it through to the final of finals in the Under 10 25 metre Freestyle race where she gained a silver medal in 2nd place with a time of 14.98 seconds.

Year 8 pupil Ben, once again represented King’s in a national event. This year he raced in the 25m Butterfly, swam brilliantly in the heats qualifying for the final and once in the final, gained 6th place. Congratulations to both of you!
