MORE MATHS SUCCESS FOR KING'S PREPARATORY SCHOOL

Pupils at King’s Preparatory School achieved 2 golds (Jude Leigh and Daisy Xia), 1 silver (James Watkins) and 4 bronzes (Aidan Richardson, Alice Moody, George Crawford and Temi Lasekan) in this year’s UK Maths Trust Junior Maths Challenge.

Over 250,000 pupils from across the UK sat the Junior Maths Challenge with approximately the top 6% receiving a gold award, the next 13% silver and the next 21% bronze.

In addition, Jude Leigh was placed in the top 3% and as a result has earned himself an invitation to sit a follow-on competition, the Junior Mathematical Kangaroo.

Many congratulations to all Year 8 Set 1 pupils who sat the challenge, but especially those who gained an award.
