Rowing Coach

A person with experience of rowing and/or coaching is required to take responsibility for rowing at our school boat club.  The club typically has around 30 members in the SeniorSchool (13-18 years) and its own boat house on a 7km non-tidal stretch of the River Medway in Maidstone.  Coaching qualifications (minimum of UKCC Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Rowing) is required and a minibus and trailer driving licence is highly desirable.

Rowing has developed a great deal in recent years and there is the potential to develop a strong group of competitive rowers while also providing a good experience of rowing to other pupils.
